We keep a large stock of parts and materials to allow for a flexible and customer-oriented delivery service. An electronic warehouse monitoring system guarantees that deficiencies are detected quickly, and that the production department is informed accordingly. We can therefore guarantee reliability of delivery, without long periods of waiting, even if you order high quantities.

If you order small quantities, delivery can be made within 24 hours on request.

Delivery

The forwarding company makes arrangements for the most convenient time of delivery directly with the recipient. The delivery is made in disposable cardboard packaging on recyclable wooden or compressed-wood palettes. Additional packaging necessary for transportation is a necessity.

Delivery with 24 hours can be done on special request. An exchange of goods in their original packaging is possible within 8 weeks of delivery. The transportation costs and the risk of damage in this case must be borne by the purchaser.

 
Dispatch

Frames up to 70 x 100cm and up to 20kgs in weight can be delivered by GLS Parcel Service at a cost between 14,50€ and 40€. Large quantity orders are delivered via forwarding agent. Orders in the value of 500€ net value or more within Germany, are delivered free of charge.
