We use Abaci-wood, Spruce, Mahogany, Aspen, Cherry, Maple and Oak for our frames - all with reserved profiles so that they are suitable for every exhibition - and for many years. The frame moulds are produced in-house, the joining of the mitre joints are fully automated, the gluing of the joints is impeccable and the joint edges are further stabilized by additional staples. The surface processing is done on the finished frame. During the processing procedure, the natural wood is carefully sanded, but remains untreated so that the characteristic wood grains of the different woods remain. All painted and varnished frames are made from solid wood. For the glass we use 2mm thick Float-Glass, washed with grinded/smoothed edges. The back plane is made from 1,5mm thick white, ph-neutral cardboard. The brackets are made of rust-free V2A steel. Emphasis is also made on the packaging material: on corrugated cardboard that is recyclable and reusable.
